This holiday season, Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen, will offer the timeless gifts of joy and great food with an all-new mixology class, specialty menus and more:


Mixology Class with Mixologist Kat Gallardo

On Dec. 28 at 3:30 pm, Four Flamingos will offer an all-new mixology class hosted by Mixologist Kat Gallardo.


Guests will enjoy a hands-on experience as they learn how to create exquisite signature cocktails by mastering techniques and exploring premium ingredients. Whether a curious beginner or a cocktail enthusiast, all are welcome to uncover the secrets behind Orlando’s favorite drinks while enjoying delicious snacks (included).  

 

Pricing: $65 per person, plus taxes and fees

El Jibarito Holiday Feast

On December 22-25 from 5-10 p.m, Four Flamingos will offer El Jibarito Holiday Feast, with holiday-exclusive specials including:


  • Seven Fishes Seafood Tower, featuring oyster & pearls, jumbo stone crab, taiyaki & caviar, poached shrimp, smoked salmon croquettes, tuna tataki. with crackers, crostini, & accoutrements ($195)

  • Bacalao Gazpacho with Puerto Rican cod salad, avocado, salmorejo ($19)

  • Prime rib with ancho-coffee rub, Florida gouda mashed potato, horseradish crème, black walnut ($60)

  • Banana Leaf Snapper with yucca al ajillo, Key Lime coco, mango, finger lime ($45)

 


Note: The restaurant will also serve its traditional menu in addition to the El Jibarito Holiday Feast specials

New Year’s Eve Feast

On Dec. 31 from 5-10 p.m, celebrate the New Year at Four Flamingos with a special four-course New Year’s Eve Feast with options including:


  • Roasted bone marrow with garlic & Manchego crust, Argentinian vinaigrette, crostini

  • Smoked Swordfish Belly with radish & fennel salad, cured lime vinaigrette 

  • NY Wagyu with mushroom ragu, passion fruit hollandaise, chimichurri oil

  • Baked Florida for two

 

Pricing: Adults $195 per person, plus taxes and fees
