Filipino-American bakery, The Baker’s Son opens its first Central Florida location in Kissimmee

A Jacksonville based bakery, The Baker’s Son by Valerio’s has opened the doors to a brand new location near Walt Disney World.

Chef Jun Valerios, the owner of Jacksonville based The Baker’s Son, a Filipino-American bakery has officially opened the doors to it’s first Central Florida location in Kissimmee.

Founded by Chef Jun Valerios, The Baker’s Son ia a family affair, with the new Kissimmee location managed by Jun's son Arvin.

Located at 4797 W Irlo Bronson Memorial HwyKissimmee, the new bakery will be baking a mix of traditional and modern Filipino bakery goodies, including a large variety of bread products, including Hot Pandesal, Pan de Bonete, Ube Cheese Melts, Cinnamon Roll Buns, Marbled Taro Buns, and more.

Cakes and pastries include Custard Egg Pie, Classic Pianono Rolls, and Creamy Chocolatey Pianono Rolls. You will also discover Traditional Hopia, Pinoy Desserts, Ensaymada Pillows, and more.

Exclusive to the Kissimmee location, you can enjoy savory favorites like tapsilogs, sandwiches, and more!

Chef Jun Valerios explains what is so special about The Baker’s Son, and what Central Florida customers can look forward to, "First, we bake fresh daily in-store – there’s nothing like the smell and taste of fresh baked breads. Second, we use quality ingredients that’s sourced locally whenever available. Third, we keep our prices low and we’ll always do due diligence to keep it so."

Jun is looking forward to welcoming locals to the new Kissimmee locations, "We just want to reach out and serve the Filipino-American community using a combination of sweat, perseverance, determination and the belief that as my father says “Make Good Bread and They Will Come”.
