July 24 - January 3

Explore the history and enduring legacy of colonialism in the Caribbean through The House That Freedoms Built, an outdoor installation by artist La Vaughn Belle on the Rollins College campus. Featuring three white, pitched-roof structures inspired by 18th-century homes built by formerly enslaved people of St. Croix, the work invites reflection on how ideas of home, belonging, and freedom are constructed. As the first in a series of installations leading to the opening of the Rollins Museum of Art’s new facility, it engages viewers in a thoughtful dialogue about identity, community, and the spaces we inhabit.


The Magic Show: Unboxed by AGT Finalist Drew Thomas

EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival

August 27 - November 21

Get ready to sip and stroll through the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival at Walt Disney World, where mouthwatering global marketplaces meet

live performances, activities, and more. The fun and flavor-filled celebration of worldly cuisines has been a fan-favorite festival since 1996, with every year bringing new surprises and returning classics. From Global Marketplaces to the fan-favorite Eat to the Beat concert series and more, the festival offers endless opportunities to celebrate flavors and cultures from around the globe. This flavorful festival is included with your valid EPCOT admission.

Presented by Casselberry Arts, the annual Experience Contemporary 2026 exhibition, A Wrench in the Gears, features five Florida artists: Justin Quaid Grubb, Cynthia Mason, Noelle Mason, Hilary White, and Matthew Wicks. Their work will be on display at the Casselberry Arts Center.


August 11 - November 9

In the decades following the Second World War, artists continued developing new stylistic vocabularies, sustaining the Abstract Expressionist movement amid the rise and influence of Minimalism, Conceptualism, and Pop Art. In Color Fields and Inspirations at Orlando Museum of Art, works by acclaimed artists of the 1960s and 1970s invite an ongoing conversation that embraces intuition, experimentation, and reflection on materiality.


June 18 - November 8

Represent: Contemporary Figuration and Portraiture from the Collection presents a selection of some of the most compelling and diverse portraits among the Orlando Museum of Art collection, featuring the recent acquisition of a Kandy G Lopez textile, Hispaniola II – Mia (2024) and the gift of David LaChapelle photograph The Annunciation , Hawaii (2019).


June 30 - November 8

USA 250: 250 Years on the Road to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness is an exhibition presented across two galleries at OMA. Drawing from the Collection of the Orlando Museum of Art, it is envisioned as a road trip across the United States, trailing significant historical points of view where artists have recognized, responded to, or documented changing human experiences. The earliest painting presented hails from the late 19th-century Hudson River School and is displayed alongside works across media that extend into our contemporary era.


August 23 - November 7, Select Nights

If you go down to the woods this spooky season you're in for a horrific surprise... Scream-A-Geddon in Dade City is spread across 20 acres in a remote corner of Pasco County. The scariest of horror parks, Scream-A-Geddon Horror Park offers five haunted houses, a zombie paintball fight, plus monsters who can and will grab you! Plus, new for 2026 is Bonzo's Bizzar, featuring food, drinks, and chaos. Scream-A-Geddon is only a miserable 1 hour, 30 minute drive from Orlando, and it is so worth it, if you dare...


Nosferatu: The Citadel at Renaissance Theatre Company

August 28 - November 7, Select Dates

The Ren's annual spooky season production is back for 2026, with Nosferatu: The Citadel! You'll see the full Nosferatu experience at 8 pm, and end the night in VBar beginning at 10 pm. You'll be moving from space to space in the Citadel, seeing different stories unfold. Nosferatu is an immersive experience. Vampires will be moving all around you!


March 7 - November 3

In 2026, Harry P. Leu Gardens proudly marks its 65th anniversary with a celebration titled Legacy in Bloom—a vibrant tribute to the enduring beauty, growth, and impact of this beloved public garden. Over the course of the year, visitors will experience a dynamic calendar of events, programs, exhibits, and installations that honor the Gardens’ rich past, thriving present, and bold future.


August 24 - November 1

You can celebrate Dufftoberfest, an Oktoberfest-inspired festival, at Universal Studios Florida. Enjoy an exclusive Dufftoberfest Duff Beer flavor at Duff Brewery beer garden and Moe’s Tavern. In addition to throwing back a cold glass of this limited-time flavored beer, you can revel in the vibrant Bavarian atmosphere that has overtaken Duff Brewery beer garden and Moe’s Tavern. Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights

August 28 - November 1, Select Nights

Halloween Horror Nights returns to Universal Studios Florida for its 35th anniversary on select nights, August 28 through November 1, celebrating a legacy of horror and unleashing terrifying, immersive experiences that continue to redefine Halloween entertainment. This year's theme for HHN is the “Infernal Carnival of Nightmares,” transforming Universal Studios Florida into a decrepit, fear‑fueled carnival featuring a sinister new slate of haunted houses, scare zones and outrageous entertainment inspired by elements from Halloween Horror Nights’ history plus some of the biggest names in horror. And the ringmasters of this year’s event will be none other than Jack the Clown – arguably the most notorious Halloween Horror Nights icon in history – and his legendary rival, Dr. Oddfellow. Halloween Horror Nights 35 will mark the first time that these nemeses join forces to wreak havoc amongst guests…after all – a fear divided is a fear diluted…


Halloween Spooktacular at SeaWorld Orlando

SeaWorld Orlando’s Halloween Spooktacular is back with fun surprises, candy, costumes and more! Kids love trick-or-treating, and during this daytime event they can explore the decorated trail and meet colorful characters throughout the theme park. This year be sure to check out all the immersive family Spooktacular Festivities and plan your visit this fall. September 4 - November 1, Select Nights

Step into Tampa Bay’s most terrifying Halloween event, where fear takes over every corner of the park. Busch Gardens Howl-O-Scream returns select nights from September 4 - November 1, with this separately ticketed event transforming the entire park into a nightmarish realm of horror from haunted houses and scare zones to live shows and thrill rides consumed by darkness.Experience horror at every turn.


Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom

August 7 - October 31, Select Dates

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party returns select dates to Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World from August 7 to October 31. Mickey’s No-So-Scary Halloween Party is a separate ticketed event that happens each year at Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. Offerings include exclusive entertainment, Halloween-themed food and beverages, photo opportunities, exclusive merchandise, and character greetings. Guests can expect a party that offers the ultimate family Halloween celebration: Show off your most creative Disney-themed costume and see the Headless Horseman stalk the streets. Gather candy around every corner, see your favorite rides get a little spookier — and maybe even run into a witch or three.


LEGOLAND Florida Brick-or-Treat

Make mischief at Brick or Treat – the ultimate LEGO Halloween event, only at LEGOLAND Florida Resort! Discover the all-new Brick or Treat Street, an immersive walkthrough experience. Plus, kids of all ages wil enjoy a hands-on Halloween adventure filled with playful LEGO monsters, fun builds, spectacular live shows, interactive light trails, nighttime thrills and family fun around every corner. Best of all, Brick or Treat is included in General Park Admission.


August 15 - October 17, Select Dates

As the sun begins to set, the preserve at Amazing Animals comes to life! Join us for a magical evening filled with unforgettable animal encounters, including a special visit with our capybara family. A limited number of guests will kick off the evening with a complimentary sun-downer drink during check-in, where you’ll also have the chance to mingle with some of our beloved animal ambassadors. From there, we’ll take a leisurely stroll through the preserve, making stops along the way to see many of our residents. Our featured stops include the barnyard and capybara exhibits, where you’ll enjoy hands-on experiences with friendly goats, pigs, donkeys, and of course, up-close time with our capybara family.


August 1 - October 4

Quilts are histories. They comfort, conform, reveal, and challenge. Histories in Thread: Honoring Heirlooms in Contemporary Quilting at the History Center brings together seven nationally and internationally recognized textile artists whose work explores creativity, culture, identity, and family history. Using fabric as both medium and storyteller, the artists demonstrate how quilting traditions can preserve the past, speak to the present, and help shape the future. The exhibition features techniques including piecing, embroidery, and origami-inspired folding techniques that create three-dimensional forms. Several works incorporate adinkra – symbols developed by the Akan people of present-day Ghana to express proverbs, values, and beliefs.


August 29 - October 4, Select Dates

Get ready to stomp, sway, and roar at Dinosaur Dance Party, a joyful 30-minute celebration of dinosaurs, music, movement, and imaginative play. Little ones and their grown-ups will sing, dance, clap, and explore together in a playful adventure inspired by everyone’s favorite prehistoric friends. After all, everyone knows dinosaurs love to dance!


August 28 - September 13, Select Dates

Experience the hilarity and brilliance of "The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged)," a fast-paced, comedic romp through the Bard's most famous plays, brought to life by the talented Reduced Shakespeare Company on stage at Theater West End in Sanford.. This unique production condenses all 37 of Shakespeare's works into a whirlwind performance that is both entertaining and educational, making it perfect for Shakespeare enthusiasts and newcomers alike.


August 14 - September 30

The table is set for Orlando's foodie event of the year, with Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining, returning to the city from August 14 - September 30, 2026, celebrating 21 years of flavor and impact. Savor three-course, prix-fixe dinners at an unprecedented 180+ Orlando-area restaurants for just $40 or $60 per person, plus tax and gratuity, with participating venues exclusively offering $40 or $60 menus.


August 26 – September 27, Select Dates

Discover life as an islander with the story of the 38 planes that were diverted to Gander on September 11, 2001. This Tony Award-winning musical shares the remarkable true story of 7,000 airline passengers grounded in the wake of 9/11 and the small town in Newfoundland that welcomed them. Super Hero Summer featuring DC at Gaylord Palms Resort Orlando

May 22 - September 7

Capes, secret identities and super hero legends are landing at Gaylord Palms Resort as the resort brings Super Hero Summer featuring DC to guests May 22-Sept. 7. The second-annual event invites families to visit the worlds of iconic DC Super Heroes, with experiences designed for all ages. The event features immersive experiences inspired by DC’s legendary stories and characters. Wonder Woman, Superman and Batman are the featured DC Super Heroes, alongside more DC fan-favorite characters, across paid and complimentary activities.

Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with a patriotic projection experience at Luminary Green Park in downtown Orlando! Running nightly through Labor Day on September 7, the park’s projection show has transformed into a red, white, and blue celebration of the nation’s semiquincentennial.

Step into a world of enchantment with Fairy Doors, a delightful exhibit featuring twenty one-of-a-kind, magical doors tucked away throughout the gardens. Each fairy door is crafted by a different fairy and invites young dreamers (and the young at heart) into a realm of secret gardens, whispering woods, and sparkling imagination. A special map will guide your journey, complete with charming tales of the fairies who created each door, adding a touch of storybook magic to your adventure. Bourbon & Boots Weekend is coming to Boxi Park September 3 through 7. Line dance with us Friday, take on the mechanical bull and decorate a cowboy hat Saturday, take the kids to Family Fun Day on Sunday, then swing by Monday, we're open for Labor Day. Buckcherry is a Grammy-nominated hard rock band from Los Angeles, California formed in 1995. The band released two albums, Buckcherry (1999) and Time Bomb (2001), before dissolving in the summer of 2002.
