Enjoy an Evening with Andrew McMahon and His Piano on October 22 at The Social

McMahon has sold nearly 2.5 million albums, surpassed 1.3 billion streams, has performed at major festivals including Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, and Austin City Limits.

Veteran indie-pop singer-songwriter-pianist Andrew McMahon will be coming to Orlando on Thursday, October 22 at The Social on his intimate “An Evening with Andrew McMahon and His Piano” solo fall tour.
The 18-date, sold-out trek also features support from singer-songwriter Ivory Layne at all shows. $1 from every ticket sold for McMahon’s tour dates is donated to the Dear Jack Foundation, his nonprofit charity assisting adolescents and young adults diagnosed with cancer.
McMahon previewed the solo tour in August with two special nights, offering an evening filled with storytelling, laughter, and hits and rarities from all three of his beloved bands –Something Corporate, Jack’s Mannequin, and Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness.
Rock Documented hailed, “An Evening with Andrew McMahon was unlike any other performance from him…there was something truly magical about just him and one piano on the stage,” with AntiMusic adding, “With nothing more than a piano, his voice, and the stories behind the songs, McMahon created an unforgettable night that felt less like a concert and more like spending an evening with an old friend. It was intimate, heartfelt, and full of the kind of spontaneous moments that made the night feel truly personal - an evening that fans will undoubtedly remember long after the final note.”
Of the upcoming tour, McMahon has shared, “Coming off two years of big shows and festivals, I’ve been craving the intimacy of small rooms and the spontaneity that comes with performing solo. There’s a sense of adventure and chemistry with the crowd that makes every performance feel completely unique. I’m so eager to get out there and be a part of that kind of energy.”
For his “Evening With” fall dates, McMahon has partnered with CashorTrade, a fan and artist-friendly ticketing platform, to allow fans to transfer tickets to buyers and maintain the face value price he set his tickets at.

Over the years, Andrew has been outspoken against the dangers of the secondary ticketing market. He recently penned an op-ed for the Washington City Paper urging DC to pass the Restricting Egregious Scalping Against Live Entertainment (RESALE) Act, which was unanimously approved in July, and was a keynote speaker at SXSW in 2025 for their featured session “Fans Over Fees: Touring in the Age of Secondary Market Greed” alongside his management and agency teams. McMahon has also spoken extensively on the topic with CBS Saturday Morning, Business Insider,Pollstar, Rolling Stone, and most recently with BroBible, using his voice and platform to advocate for change and fairness for fans.
McMahon recently gathered all band members of Something Corporate, Jack's Mannequin, and Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness alongside his collection of personal pianos for three special, career-spanning Three Pianos shows in Philadelphia, Chicago, and Long Beach, California, performing in front of his biggest headlining crowds to date. During his fall tour, McMahon will be hosting the 17th Annual Dear Jack Benefit on November 13th and14th in Denver where he’ll be performing music from across his impressive catalog for two sold-out nights with the Colorado Symphony for his first official career-spanning symphonic experience.
Proceeds from “Strings Attached Featuring Andrew McMahon and the Colorado Symphony” benefit the Dear Jack Foundation, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. McMahon’s new Strings Attached symphonic show will then return in 2027 in select U.S. cities.
