Embark on a cinematic journey across Central Florida with the Global Peace Film Festival 2026

Award-winning festival returns Sept. 15–27 with acclaimed documentaries, filmmaker events, community programs, and a new International Drive experience.

The award-winning Global Peace Film Festival returns Sept. 15–27, 2026, expanding this year with a new International Drive destination experience while presenting acclaimed documentaries, filmmaker events, and community programs across Central Florida.
Now entering its 24th season, the festival continues its mission of bringing people together through films that inspire dialogue, understanding, and civic engagement.
New this year, Global Peace 360° on International Drive (Sept. 26–27) expands the festival into Orlando's tourism corridor, transforming AFRO TV Studios into a vibrant destination for documentary film, arts, culture, fashion, and community engagement. The weekend experience includes documentary screenings, special events, interactive exhibits, and a model casting presented in partnership with Orlando International Fashion Week, a Fierce Entertainment initiative.
Located in the heart of Orlando's tourism district, the new venue creates opportunities to introduce the festival's mission and programming to both Central Florida residents and visitors from around the world.
"This partnership brings together film, fashion, culture, and storytelling to create meaningful experiences that connect people across communities. We're excited to help bring Global Peace 360° to International Drive and showcase Orlando's creativity to audiences from around the world," said Rob Henlon, Executive Director of Orlando International Fashion Week, a Fierce Entertainment initiative.
For nearly a quarter century, the Global Peace Film Festival has used the power of storytelling to inspire dialogue, foster understanding, and connect communities through films that examine social, cultural, environmental, and human rights issues from around the world.
