Friends of the Riverwalk invites you to enjoy the Holiday Spectacular at the iconic Tampa Riverwalk. Enjoy the festive holiday lights along the Riverwalk, and floating light displays too, including a floating gingerbread display for all to enjoy. Stroll the 2.6-mile-long riverside pathway, soak up the spirit of the season, and enjoy a celebration that is uniquely Tampa Bay.
In addition to the Riverwalk Holiday Spectacular, on December 23, the Tampa Riverwalk will shimmer with the sparkle of Tampa Bay's largest lighted boat parade.
Tampa’s largest lighted boat parade will happen Saturday, December 23, 2023, along the Hillsborough River in Downtown Tampa. The parade begins in the Convention Center basin, travels to the Heights, and ends at Sparkman Wharf. Judges are pairs from Big Brothers and Big Sisters and the winner of the sailboat and motorboat competitions will each receive a trophy.
