Enjoy an outdoor movie under the stars in Orlando's most beautiful garden.

Movie Night at Leu Gardens returns on Friday, May 2, 2025, with the 1996 blockbuster, Twister, starring Helen Hunt and Bill Paxton.

TV weatherman Bill Harding (Bill Paxton) is trying to get his tornado-hunter wife, Jo (Helen Hunt), to sign divorce papers so he can marry his girlfriend Melissa. But Mother Nature, in the form of a series of intense storms sweeping across Oklahoma, has other plans. Soon the three have joined the team of stormchasers as they attempt to insert a revolutionary measuring device into the very heart of several extremely violent tornados.

Enjoy the movie in an outdoor setting under the star, within Orlando’s most beautiful garden. Pack a dinner picnic basket, (alcohol is permit), and a blanket to snuggle.

Tickets:

Tickets are available online only starting March 31, 2025 until the event reaches capacity.

Cost: $8.00 adult, $6.00 child (4-17 years of age), plus tax and online fees. Children under 3 years of age are required to have a free ticket.

Tickets will not available at the door. Check in ends 30 minutes after the movie starts.

Leu Members receive free admission to all movie nights, Membership Card and ID required. Leu Members please make sure your membership is current and not expired. Members do not need a ticket. Space is limited, first come first serve basis. No Guest Passes. Not applicable to AHS or any Reciprocal Garden.

Parking: 

Parking is free. If parking is full please park on main roads where it is legal or off Nebraska on Leu Gardens’ grass. Leu Members, please park in Member Lot until full.

Movie Etiquette:

For the enjoyment of all, please place cell phones on silence during the movie. Leu Gardens is smoke free.
