Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park Closing In November For Refurbishment

Earlier today we revealed that Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park was reopening on November 13 with all new Frozen theming at Walt Disney World.

The latest news is that the revolving door into the resorts water parks has spun again, as Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park will be closing at the same time as Blizzard Beach reopens.

Walt Disney World have now confirmed that Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park will close on November 13 and will be down for an undisclosed amount of time for refurbishment.

Both water parks at Walt Disney World have not been open at the same time since early 2020, when the Covid pandemic shut down the theme park for just over three months.

Who knows when or if we will see the two water park's ope at the same time again.
