Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park to remain closed through Friday, Nov. 24 due to Low Temperatures

Disney’s winter-themed water wonderland, Blizzard Beach Water Park is to remain closed on Thanksgiving, and Friday, November 24, due to low temperatures.

Earlier this week, Walt Disney World announced that everyone’s favorite winter-themed warm water wonderland, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park will remain closed on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 23, due to forecast low temperatures., and now the water park is to remain closed on Friday, November 24.


The park will now be closed for two days on what is one of Walt Disney World's busiest times of the year.


The cooler temperatures, together with a mix of sun and clouds, are giving us below average temperatures in the lower 70s this Thanksgiving Day.


Friday. remains cold, with highs in the lower 70s, plus a chance of rain.


The park is currently scheduled to reopen on Saturday, November 25, but this is subject to change depending on the weather, with highs in the lower to middle 70s Saturday and upper 70s Sunday.
