DalMoros Fresh Pasta opens first Orlando location at The Mall At Millenia

Popular Italian, fast-casual restaurant to commemorate grand opening with a special “Pasta Cutting,”

Orlando is getting a big taste of Italy. DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go announces their Orlando expansion with the exciting grand opening on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at The Mall at Millenia. This is the sixth franchise in the United States and the first in Orlando of the popular, fast-casual, fresh pasta concept originating in Venice, Italy.

DalMoros Orlando will commemorate the joyous occasion with a special fresh “Pasta Cutting” at 11am, followed by the official opening in the Food Court.

DalMoros features a wide variety of fresh pastas and homemade sauces made from scratch with each meal uniquely served in to-go boxes and ready within minutes. Delicious toppings, garlic bread sticks, polpettes (meatballs), tiramisu, soft drinks, and gluten friendly menu options are available. Onlookers can also enjoy DalMoros signature fresh pasta machine making fresh pastas all day. DalMoros Orlando will offer third-party delivery in the coming weeks.

The first 100 customers on grand opening day will be gifted with a free pasta card for use on their next visit. Plus, DalMoros will hold giveaways of complimentary tiramisu and bagged fresh pasta perfect for the holidays, and special guest “Tony Rigatoni” will be getting in on the festivities for fun photo opportunities.

DalMoros was founded in Venice, Italy in 2012 by Gabriele Dal Moro. Currently, DalMoros locations include Italy, Canada, India, Philippines, Florida (St. Petersburg, Tampa, Delray Beach, Orlando) and Massachusetts (Boston and Cambridge). The DalMoros U.S. franchise team run by David Caruso and family plan to open more DalMoros across the United States.
