Cowboy Chicken in Kissimmee saddles up with New Mac-N-Cheese Bowls

New comfort dishes arrive at the Wood Fire Rotisserie Chicken Restaurant for a limited time.

Cowboy Chicken, the wood fire rotisserie chicken restaurant located at Promenade at Sunset Walk in Kissimmee is known for hearty, western-inspired meals, and right now the restaurant is offering diners a new choice of comfort food this winter with the launch of its brand-new Mac-n-Cheese Bowls.

Available for a limited-time, the lineup of three delectable variations guaranteed to satisfy even the hungriest of appetites and have guests hollerin’ for more.

These bowls, Available now through March 8, 2026,  start with Cowboy Chicken’s creamy white cheddar mac—a rich, savory twist on the comfort food classic— and are crowned with the restaurant’s distinctive meats and tasty toppings. Each bowl is built hearty, bold and downright indulgent.

Smoky Brisket Mac-n-Cheese Bowl 

Loaded with tender brisket, melted cheese, crispy onion rings, scallions, tangy BBQ sauce and a dusting of signature Cowboy Dust  

Chicken Bacon Mac-n-Cheese Bowl

 Featuring diced rotisserie chicken breast, melted cheese, crispy bacon bits, scallions and Cowboy Dust for a smoky, savory finish  

Crispy Buffalo Mac-n-Cheese Bowl

A spicy, comforting combo topped with Buffalo tenders, melted cheese, crispy bacon bits, scallions and a ranch drizzle  

Comfort food is at the heart of Cowboy Chicken’s signature menu, with items such as sour cream tomatillo enchiladas, hearty wood fire rotisserie chicken and crispy chicken tenders that can be paired with satisfying Texas-style sides like buttery mashed potatoes, green beans and fried okra.    

Cowboy Chicken Kissimmee is located at 3290 Margaritaville Blvd. at Promenade at Sunset Walk and offers indoor and covered patio seating and ample free parking. The restaurant is open 11 am - 10 pm, Sunday through Thursday and 11 am - 11 pm Friday and Saturday.
