The evening begins with a rich, Beef Tea amuse bouche before moving to New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, Grilled Bone Marrow with Onion Marmalade and Toast, and a progression of New York Strip featuring Prime, Dry-Aged, and Australian Wagyu selections, before ending with a luscious Baked Alaska, all paired with signature bourbon pours.
