Chef Lewis Lin to open Neko San Sushi and Sake Bar in Lake Buena Vista

A new budget-friendly dining option is coming to the Lake Buena Vista area this Winter.

Chef Lewis Lin has been feeding Orlando's hunger for quality Japanese food for since opening his first area restaurant, Susuru, located in Lake Buena Vista, quickly earning an impressive reputation for delicious dry-aged fish and charcoal-smoked delicacies.
Lin’s second restaurant, Juju, located at 700 Maguire Blvd, has transformed a former Pizza Hut into a colorful and immersive Japanese dining experience, and, most recently Lin and his wife Stephy, has opened Hinabe, within Nola’s Ice Cream at 7988 Via Dellagio Way, offering an upscale yet comfortable and upbeat Wagyu dining experience.
Enough already? Not for Chef Lin!
Lin has revealed that he is opening another dining establishment, right next door to where it all began, Susuru, located in Vista Centre Shoppes, Palm Parkway, Lake Buena Vista!

Neko, a quick-style omakase concept and sake bar will open this Winter. The new location, which is being designed by Make Design Studios, will be home to a six-seater omakase counter, together with an adjacent six-seat sake tasting bar.
Chef Lin has chosen the name, Neko, which is Japanese word for cat, as a tribute to the feral cats that live in the area, and diners can expect the new location to feature cat art.
Once the Neko opens expect quality food at affordable prices, with the one-hour omakase meal starting at around $65.
