Step into the world of color, creativity and complexity as Central Florida Vocal Arts presents Stephen Sondheim’s Pulitzer Prize-winning masterpiece, Sunday in the Park with George – a poignant and visually stunning exploration of art, love and legacy.

Taking place from Friday, November 7 - Sunday, November 9, 2025 at Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.

Inspired by the painting A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte by Georges Seurat, this groundbreaking musical follows the artist’s obsessive pursuit of perfection and the emotional cost of creation. With an unforgettable score and deeply human storytelling, Sunday in the Park with George examines what it means to make something meaningful – and how art connects us across time.

This production brings one of Sondheim’s most visually rich and emotionally complex works to life with sweeping orchestration and theatrical innovation. Experience a show that will challenge, inspire and stay with you long after the final note.
