HIRE PALOOZA is Central Florida’s premier job fair and career resource, connecting local candidates with Central Florida’s top employers.
Through informative career sessions, resume review, supportive resources from community partners, and outstanding local employers, this community hiring event is where talent meets opportunity.
The latest HIRE PALOOZA job fair is taking place on August 20, 2026, from 10 am – 2 pm at downtown Orlando's KIA Center is 100% FREE to attend. All services offered are free. Even the parking is free!
Employeers attending the job fair includes Orlando International Airport, Publix, Trustco Bank, Jeff's Bagel Run, City of Orlando, Evermore Orlando Resort, Massey Services Inc, NASCAR, Orlandge County Fire and Rescue, SunRail, and many more.
Where can I park?
Free parking is provided by Toho Water Authority at the GEICO Garage, located behind Kia Center.

A variety of local employers will be attending from all different industries.
Do I need to register before attending?
Registration is not required, but recommended! By registering, we can send you reminders and important updates. You will also be the first to hear about employers attending the event and available open positions, career advice sessions, resume review times, and much more
