Join Jaleo in Orlando and celebrate Paella Fest!
Paella is technically the name of the shallow pan it is cooked in, not the dish itself! Paella originated in Valencia, Spain sometime in the 19th century, and is traditionally made with chicken, rabbit, saffron, beans, and tomatoes. So, when Jaleo make paellas that are not authentically Valenciana, they call them arroces.
Each day during Paella Fest Jaleo will feature a different paella or arroces. Try them all and get the true taste of Spain!
