Celebrate the Earth at the Mount Dora Earth Day Celebration

Celebrate the Earth at the annual Mount Dora Earth Day Celebration with plant and craft vendors, children's projects, fun workshops and more.

The 30th Annual Mount Dora Earth Day Celebration takes place on Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 9 am - 3 pm at Donnelly Park, located at 530 N. Donnelly St.

This free, family-friendly event features environmental vendors, live music, educational exhibits, native plant sales, children's activities, and free giveaways.

An upbeat, upcycled fashion show will round out the day., and best of all the event is FREE to attend.

Earth Day's founders created and organized the very first Earth Day on April 22, 1970. Since then, Earth Day Network also known as EARTHDAY.ORG has been mobilizing over 1 billion people annually on Earth Day, and every other day, to protect the planet.

Earth Day serves as a reminder for all of us to invest our time, resources, and energy into addressing climate change and the numerous environmental challenges we all face.
