Everyone is invited to the City of Kissimmee's big birthday bash at the 2026 Kowtown Festival. There will be live music from Thompson Square, a kids zone, food & drink, plus games, craft vendors, and more.

The City of Kissimmee is turning 143 years old this year and the city is celebrating the special occassion with the local community at it's annual big birthday bash!


This years free party takes place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 12 - 4 pm at Kissimmee Lakefront Park on the Festival Lawn, the free Kowtown Festival is Kissimmee's annual birthday party filled with live music from Thompson Square and your favorite local artists, plus lots of local vendors, food trucks, and more.

Bring your whole family out to enjoy the KUA Kid’s Power Zone with fun and games for the kids, and everyone can experience a glimpse of the City of Kissimmee's history.. There will be birthday cake, and much more.



Performing Live at Kowtown Festival

Thompson Square is the GRAMMY nominated husband and wife country duo of Keifer and Shawna Thompson, best known for their multi platinum breakout hit “Are You Gonna Kiss Me Or Not.” With No 1 songs, major TV appearances, and worldwide touring behind them, they bring a high energy show packed with fan favorites and fresh new music rooted in real life, romance, and a whole lot of fun.

Parking for the event is available in the Marina Overflow lot, the County surface lots, Pleasant Street Garage, and in the street parking along Lakeview Drive.
