  Anny Barrera takes over the bar in partnership with Condesa Gin, bringing her creativity and technical mastery to a Mexican-inspired cocktail experience. Barrera is part of the new generation of women transforming the cocktail industry.She began her career at 21 in Mexico City and has worked at acclaimed venues including Fifty Mils at the Four Seasons, Ventanas al Paraíso Rosewood Los Cabos, and El Gallo Altanero in Guadalajara. As a longtime Condesa Gin brand ambassador, she crafts vibrant, storytelling cocktails that highlight flavor, technique, and innovation. Walk-ins are welcome.
