Canvas Restaurant & Market, Lake Nona’s vibrant lakeside hotspot, has launched an updated menu featuring new dishes and cocktails spanning brunch, lunch, dinner and happy hour — plus a bottomless mimosa brunch experience designed to elevate the weekend vibe.


The refreshed offerings also mark the return of several longtime guest favorites, brought back by popular demand. A go-to among Lake Nona residents and visitors from across Orlando, Canvas is known for its lively setting and dedication to seasonal, locally inspired cuisine. As Central Florida’s dining scene gains national attention from MICHELIN and James Beard, Canvas keeps pace with flavorful, approachable dishes served in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Live music, scenic waterfront views and a family-friendly setting make it a favorite for gatherings of all kinds.

Canvas is raising the bar on weekend brunch with its new Bottomless Bubbles experience, available every Saturday and Sunday. For $32 per guest, diners can enjoy unlimited pours of mimosas, bellinis, sparkling wine or the rotating chalkboard special.


New brunch Main standouts include the Canvas Benedict ($16) with poached eggs, Canadian bacon and house-made biscuit; the Spicy Beef Salad ($19) with Napa cabbage, mango, avocado and chili-lime vinaigrette; and Buttermilk Pancakes ($14) topped with dulce de leche and vanilla cream.

Refreshed offerings span every meal period: brunch, lunch, and dinner. Each menu features thoughtfully crafted starters, salads and sandwiches, and mains. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or settling in for a leisurely evening meal, the atmosphere sets the tone for a dining experience that suits your pace and palate.


Enjoy a balanced mix of returning guest favorites and exciting new additions, each designed to satisfy any appetite at any time of day.



  • Tuna Tartare – $18 Diced sushi-grade tuna topped with wasabi tobiko and crème fraîche, served with crispy taro chips.

  • Tequila Shrimp – $15 Sautéed shrimp tossed in serrano chili butter, served with grilled baguette for dipping.

  • Roasted Mushroom Calzone – $22 Oven-baked calzone filled with caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms and fresh ricotta, finished with a drizzle of house-made vodka sauce.

  • Chicken Piccata – $26 Pan-seared chicken breast served over linguine, topped with a bright lemon-caper sauce and fresh herbs.

  • Reuben Sandwich – $17 Warm corned beef layered with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing on toasted rye bread.

  • Mango Shrimp Salad – $17 Chilled shrimp with Bibb lettuce, crispy bacon, avocado, goat cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds and lemon vinaigrette.

  • Pepperoni and Hot Honey Flatbread – $16 Crispy flatbread topped with spicy pepperoni, tomato sauce, grande mozzarella and a drizzle of hot honey for the perfect sweet-heat finish.


Canvas has also refreshed its bar program with a new line of handcrafted cocktails ($15 each) that highlight seasonal ingredients and bold profiles.


Notable newcomers include:


  • Watermelon Ranch Water A vibrant take on a summer classic, featuring Hornitos Blanco Tequila, Lillet Rosé, sparkling lime, and fresh mint.

  • Cola del Sol An elevated twist on rum and cola, crafted with Santa Teresa 1796 Solera Rum and authentic Mexican Coca-Cola.

  • Kentucky Peach Sour A Southern-inspired sour made with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, amaro, juicy peach, and silky egg white for a rich, smooth finish.

  • Strawberry Basil Daiquiri A bright and herbaceous blend of fresh strawberry, basil, demerara sugar, and lime—refreshing and full of summer flavor.

  • Blood Orange Cosmo A bold reinterpretation of the classic Cosmopolitan, with vodka, orange liqueur, blood orange, and lime for a citrus-forward punch.


To complement the new cocktail lineup, guests can enjoy the updated weekday happy hour, available Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. It includes $8 wine by the glass and handcrafted cocktails, $5 local Park Brewing drafts and bar fare priced between $10 and $14. It’s the perfect way to wrap up the workday or ease into a laid-back evening out.
