Bubble Tea concept Harmony Tea Shoppe opens second Orlando-area location at Waterford Park

Harmony Tea Shoppe recently opened their second Orlando- area location at Waterford Park, a 110,000 square foot mixed-use community located at 12301 Lake Underhill Drive, a project owned and managed by Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company.
The site joins Harmony Tea’s first location situated at Little Sand Lake. CRC Senior Leasing Manager Kelsi Holman, together with Garrett Gleiter from 4Acre Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord in this lease transaction, and JWJ Realty, LLC represented the tenant.
Harmony Tea Shoppe signature menu items include bubble tea drinks, smoothies, fruit drinks,
milk shakes, mocktails, milk bobba tea, and yogurt, as well as poke bowls. Customers can build
their own drink or choose from a wide selection including mango/banana, pineapple/coconut,
watermelon/coconut, and lime/passionfruit.
“We love the tenant mix and always find the development packed with people and visitors, and
we were also drawn to Waterford Park’s proximity to a major university,” Store Manager Jesse
Liu explained. “Residents in this area live an extremely active and healthy lifestyle, and we
believe our concept meshes extremely well with this audience profile.”

Located at the intersection of North Alafaya Trail and Lake Underhill Road, Waterford Park is a
two-story project comprised of a mix of commercial office, medical and retail space. Existing
tenants include Bonefish Grill, Orange Theory Fitness, Salon Lofts, The miniER Urgent Care
Center, and AdventHealth Imaging Center.
The Mediterranean-style mixed-use project is situated within close proximity to the University of
Central Florida and AdventHealth East Orlando. Completed in 2008, the property features direct
roadside visibility from Florida Route 408
