New community-inspired collection debuts with multiple styles now pouring, additional releases planned.

Brewlando, Central Florida’s largest microbrewery and the Official Craft Beer Partner of UCF Athletics, has launched Brew-CF, a new craft beer line created to celebrate the culture and community of Central Florida.
The Brew-CF line debuts with four styles now pouring across Brewlando taprooms, with a fifth beer set to release soon. The collection is designed to offer a range of approachable styles while reinforcing Brewlando’s focus on regional pride and connection.
“Brew-CF is about Central Florida,” said Shara Pathak, owner of Brewlando. “We wanted to create something that represents this region — from game days and gatherings to the everyday moments that bring people together. This line reflects who we are and who we brew for.”
The initial Brew-CF lineup includes:
● Brew-CF Belgian Tripel – A 9.2% ABV golden ale with fruit and spice notes
● Brew-CF Light Lager – A crisp, all-malt lager brewed for easy drinking
● Brew-CF Hazy IPA – A citrus-forward IPA with notes of tangerine, marmalade and pineapple
● Brew-CF Pilsner – A Czech-style lager brewed with Saaz hops
A Brew-CF Belgian Blonde is scheduled to debut next, expanding the lineup further.
Brew-CF beers are currently available at Brewlando taprooms, with expanded availability planned throughout 2026.
