The annual Central Florida Fair is back at the Central Florida Fairgrounds in Orlando for its 112th year, open now until March 10, 2024, and this year's fair has an extra special surprise... An original Blockbuster Video Store!
The Blockbuster experience will take you back to those Friday and Saturday nights of walking through the store, looking through hundreds of movies hoping to find that special movie to share with your family and friends.
"The Last Blockbuster Bend merch is available for the duration of the Fair including shirts, hats, sunglasses, and candles that smell of a Blockbuster Video store! Plus, Sandi Harding of The Last Blockbuster will be at the store March 7 - 10 to take photos and chat with everyone about the Documentary and the store in Oregon.
Let's make it a Blockbuster night one more time together!
The store features original signage from a Blockbuster Store, and has the "not so latest" VHS and DVD copies of your favorite movies, together with rare movie advertising signage that you would have found in your local video store back in the day.
The Blockbuster Experience is a true step back in time that everyone who remembers renting movies will love!
In addition to The Blockbuster Experience, the Central Florida Fair features non-stop entertainment including a huge midway, lots of fair food of course, plus the Aim High Canines Frisbee Dogs, BMX Stunt Show, Gypsy Rattlecan Live Spray Paint Artist, Micromania Wrestling, Nerdy Noah Comedy Juggler, Pony Rides, Mini Golf, and an Escape Room!
Livestock is always a highlight, with the Central Florida Fair a six-county, Not-for-Profit district fair that provides a venue for youth exhibitors in Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Lake, Osceola, and Brevard counties.
Over 2500+ local FFA and 4-H youth livestock projects are entered in the annual Fair, which include, swine, lamb, cattle, poultry, rabbits, cavies and horses, thus making the Central Florida Fair one of the largest livestock shows in the state.
New for 2024 is Bizarre Boulevard, a 10-day event like no other! Step into a world where the strange and extraordinary come to life in a whirlwind of entertainment.
Explore an oddities market showcasing the most peculiar and fascinating curiosities and be captivated by unique attractions including a haunted house, glass blowing demonstrations, chainsaw juggling, stilt walkers, fire dancers, an18+ adult circus variety show, tarot readings, Sinister X Sisters and more!
Tickets are only $10 Monday through Friday and $15 on the weekends. Children 6 and under get in free. Get tickets here.
