Universal Orlando Resort has announced via the resorts blog that Bigfire in Universal CityWalk. is adding brunch to its already incredible menu, and it’s yours for the taking every Sunday.

Bigfire has only been opend for dinner in the past, so adding a Sunday Brunch is kind of a big deal!

Bigfire Chef Elvin Correa Rios says he thinks brunch at Bigfire is going to be a huge sensation. “I think this is going to be big for Bigfire,” he says. “We don’t typically open for lunch, so doing a brunch on a Sunday is definitely a good, happy medium. (Brunch is) very trendy, and I think it’s going to do us very well.”

Enticing Entrées

The new Smoked Salmon Bagel at Bigfire is a combination of dill-chive cream cheese, lemon zest, shaved whole egg, red onion, arugula, grape tomato-caper salad, and smoked salmon on top of a sliced everything bagel.

The Moonshine Maple French Toast is truly a show-stopper.

The Moonshine Maple French Toast is truly a show-stopper. This isn’t your average French toast; these two, thick-cut slices of brioche are drenched in a butter-pecan moonshine sauce and topped with a creamy mascarpone and pecan granola. Served with a side of honey black-pepper smoked bacon or chicken sausage pecan granola, and it’s Chef Elvin Correa Rios’ favorite offering on the brunch menu! “I think it has that wow factor,” Chef Elvin says.

The Big Fire Omelet takes tastes from the restaurant’s dinner menu and gives them a breakfast-y twist. Picture an omelet, but overload it with grilled ribeye steak, red onions, tomato, shishito peppers, beer cheese, and breakfast potatoes. That’s why it’s a newfound favorite for Bigfire Sous Chef Tom de Beaumont!

It wouldn’t be brunch without some form of eggs Benedict on the menu, and since this is Bigfire we’re talking about, you know the chefs had to go big when crafting this dish. The Steak Eggs Benedict is made with a juicy beef tenderloin, Béarnaise sauce, and tomato jam and served with grilled cornbread and breakfast marble potatoes. You can also get this dish made with smoked salmon or barbecue shrimp — whatever tickles your fancy!

The new S’mores Pancakes is also a must-try item coming to brunch. You’ll find this short stack overflowing with chocolate chips, graham crackers, marshmallows, and powdered sugar while drizzled in sweet maple syrup.

The new Avocado Toast at Bigfire is made with grilled sourdough and topped with baby heirloom tomatoes, goat cheese, watermelon radish, arugula, citrus vinaigrette, poached egg, and hearty breakfast potatoes.

This dish puts the “fire” in Bigfire — literally. The Wood Fire Steak & Eggs is coming in hot with a rich New York strip steak, two eggs any style, smoked bacon, and breakfast marble potatoes.

The Barbecue Shrimp & Grits is made with crispy kale, smoked cheddar grits, andouille sausage gravy, poached egg, Aleppo pepper flakes, and arugula.

Chicken & Waffles: a true brunch staple. The epitome of breakfast and lunch in one meal. And now it’s at Bigfire, you’re getting fluffy waffles and crispy fried chicken drizzled in a maple and serrano syrup and garnished with maple sage. It’s chicken and waffles reimagined.

Jammin’ Juices

It’s no easy feat to take on these delectable brunch dishes without something to wash it all down. The food and beverage experts at Bigfire had this in mind when crafting the new brunch menu, and that’s why they’re bringing you two flavorful juices that really bring it all together.

Maybe you grew up not wanting to eat all your vegetables, but what about drinking them? The Green Detox is here to change the game. This juice brings a blend of celery, green apples, cucumber, kale, lemon, and pineapple together for a fusion of flavors that aim to please!

If you need a little extra help getting up in the morning, you might want to try the Sunshine Boost. This fruity beverage is made with blended carrots, oranges, ginger, and lime, a tasty combo that couples citrus tang with a little bit of spice.

Mimosas are a brunch staple, and this one has a sweet twist to it! The Apple Pie Mimosa is a tasty mixture of apple pie moonshine, sparkling wine, and apple juice.

The Bigfire Refresher is as revitalizing as it sounds as it’s made with sweet tea vodka, grapefruit and peach vodkas, lime juice, and elderflower tonic.
