Avelo Airlines Commence Flights Between Orlando & Binghamton NY

Avelo Airlines commenced flights between Orlando International Airport and Greater Binghamton Airport, NY yesterday, November 16, 2022.

Avelo will service the route with it's Boing 737 aircraft, with a capacity of 189 passengers.

These will be the first non-stop connections between Florida and New York's southern tier, with the route being flown twice per week on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The airline is currently offered flights for just $59 each way.

The airline has launched this route to meet the demand for non-stop travel between the southern tier of New York and Florida.

It anticipates that it will see high customer traffic levels through all four seasons as both Florida destinations attract tourists year-round.

Since beginning service in Spring 2021, Avelo has seen great success and rapid expansion.

It has hubs in Hartford, Connecticut; Burbank, California; and Orlando, Florida.

From these hubs, it services 29 destinations.

This new routes will bring that number up to 31, with further expansion expected soon.
