Discover a celebration of savory at Six Ravens—a new culinary experience from the creators of Gideon’s Bakehouse, the beloved local bake shop in Disney Springs. Opening in summer 2026, Six Ravens will offer a modern take on delicious medieval eats—with hand-pie-style sandwiches, grab-and-go sides and more.


Swing by Six Ravens to pick up craveable hand pies known as “Coffyns”—a tasty creation made in collaboration with some of Central Florida’s best chefs and restaurants. A Coffyn features flavorful sandwich ingredients, fully encased in a house-made yeast roll. Choose from a variety of Coffyns—as well as potato-based sides served with delish dips, like sweet heat and honey mustard. Plus, indulge in delightful dessert tarts. To quench your thirst, try the root beer on tap or a refreshing local beer.


Hamburger Mary’s Kissimmee

The much loved Hamburger Mary's closed its downtown Orlando location in the historic Bumby Building after 16 years in ealy 2024, and now the American bar and grill chain, know for its diner classics and cocktails, served with a side of quirky entertainment has found a new home, opening at Old Town in Kissimmee. The much loved Hamburger Mary's will feature regular live entertainment, drag shows, and more.


Fat One’s Hot Dogs & Italian Ice

Joey Fatone may be best known as a member of the record-shattering, multi-platinum boyband, *NSYNC, but this former boy band star, and local legend is about to bring his fast food concept to Universal CityWalk in Orlando, with the resort anoucning that Fat One’s Hot Dogs & Italian Ice is coming to Universal CityWalk. Founded by *NSYNC member Joey Fatone and his manager Joe Mulvihill, Fat One’s Hot Dogs & Italian Ice will offer a variety of creative, flavor-packed hot dogs, Italian ices and more for guests to enjoy. Fat One’s will take the place of Hot Dog Hall of Fame, which will close in July to make way for the new venue.

Located in the heart of Mills 50, Catchè, is a Handcrafted Chè Cafe, a unique dessert spot offering a modern take on popular Vietnamese treats, specializing in chè, a Vietnamese sweet dessert drink layered with creamy coconut milk, fun toppings, and crushed ice. Every spoon is a different bite and the cherry on top… it’s dairy free!

Noodle Shawty, a new concept from Brandon King and Galo Tenorio is set to opens this summer in the former home of Dapper Duck Bar at 28 S. Orange Ave. Expect artisanal noodles, vibrant seasonal sauces, and a retro artisanal vibe.

A new Greek concept from the ream behind Grazie Modern Italian Kitchen in Audubon Park and Meza Mediterranean Grill in Baldwin Park, is taking over the former home of The Local Bar & Grill in College Park. The resturantwill be open for lunch and dinner, where you can expect dishes crafted using authentic recipes and the freshest ingredients, ensuring a genuine taste of the Mediterranean.

The high-end Mexican restaurant will featue handcrafted tortillas using organic masa imported from Mexico together with mezcal and tequila-centric cocktails..


Hayashi Tarō

Chef Lewis Lin, the man responsible for Susuru, a popular yakitori izakaya and Juju, which has earned a Michelin Guide nod is getting ready to open his latestHayashi Tarō, an omakase-style bento shop at 714 N. Mills Avenue, in the former home to Royal Tea.


Mecatos Bakery & Café

Mecatos Bakery & Cafe is taking over the former home of The Coop in Winter Park, with the local chain bringing its Colombian specialty coffee to the corner of Morse Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue. This new location will offer the same variety of hot bites such as Stuffed Arepas, Empanadas, Colombian Hot Dogs and Breakfast Sandwiches, together with over 50 varieties of breads, Pan De Bono, Pastries and Cakes. All made from scratch in house! Plus, the new location will feature on-premise roasting.


Jiang’s Kitchen

Get ready to experience the harmony of traditional flavors and modern culinary artistry within a modern, “Zen-inspired” space right next door to Kava Kulture and Deeply Coffee. This new concept is from Eric Jiang who recently opened Sushi Izuki, an omakase house in O-Town Westt,and is also opening Fan Hwa, a new Chinese dessert and bao concept in Mills 50. Jiang’s Kitchen will specialize in the meticulous craft of handmade Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumplings) and premium sushi, prepared in an open-concept kitchen, showcasing the daily art of dumpling making.

A new Chinese dessert and bao concept, Fan Hwa is opening in the heart of Mills 50. Owned by Eric Jiang, the man behind Sushi Izuki, and Jiang’s Kitchen, will offer Chinese pastries with sweet and savory options including mooncakes, steamed buns, egg tarts, lotus leaf buns, and fried dough. All served in a warm, inviting space featuring natural wood tones, open kitchen design, and modern Chinese aesthetics.

Restaurateur Nick Valenti, the man behind Simply Capri Orlando and countless other local dining spots is bringing an exciting new concept to the fast growing Flamingo Crossings. Flatlands Bar & Grill, which will sit directly across from Valenti's Simply Capri will offer guests casual bar-and-grill vibes with a focus on quality food and great drinks.

It was back in March 2023 we first brought you the news that California based fast food chain Jack In The Box had plans to return to Florida for the first time in over 30 years, with a new restaurant in Orlando. the great news is that the restaurant is set to open in July 2026, bringing its iconic menu that features customer favorites like burgers, tacos, chicken sandwiches, milkshakes, breakfast, and late-night snacking options. The new Orlando location will offer dine-in, drive-thru, and mobile ordering options and will be open 24 hours per day.

Viral bagel chain PopUp Bagels has found a home in Winter Park.The Connecticut-based concept offers an assortment of classic bagels, including plain, poppy, salt, and sesame, along with traditional cream cheese and butter flavors sold by the tub. Offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the full-service restaurant with a bar-forward layout will feature 120+ seats.

Top Chef Season 3 winner Hung Huynh is bringing the bold flavors of Southeast Asia to the heart of Mills 50 District, opening Pomelo at 1632 N Mills Avenue (formerly The Twisted Handle) in the Fresh Market Plaza. Pomelo will be a laid-back, 2,600-square-foot indoor and outdoor bar with seating for around 100 guests. The new concept will offer Southeast Asian flavors in a relaxed, social atmosphere, complete with seafood towers, live-fire eats, bar snacks, shareables, and tropical cocktails.

The Grove Bar + Kitchen is a modern New American restaurant opening this summer in Winter Park, The new restaurant is the vision of Chef Mario Pagan who has closed Chayote Barrio Kitchen in Winter Park Village to make way for his new concept. Rooted in local flavor and inspired by the warmth of vintage Florida citrus groves, The Grove will offer a selection of seasonal dishes, crafted cocktails, and is expected to open in early June.
