Halloween Horror Nights Orlando

Ongoing Events


June 6 - January 6

Dawoud Bey’s Evergreen depicts haunting images captured at the Evergreen Plantation of Wallace, Louisiana. Installed across three video channels, the work scans the grounds of the most intact plantation complex still standing in the United States. The work captures swaths of trees and the remnants of living quarters of the historically enslaved Black people.


September 13 - January 4

The exhibition includes 100 watercolors by FWS members selected by a distinguished juror, award-winning watercolor artist, Matthew Bird, whose work has been featured in major art magazines. 


September 13 - January 4

A powerful photographic exploration of youth incarceration in the United States as seen through the lens of Richard Ross. Through stark, intimate images and first-person testimonies, this exhibition exposes the realities faced by minors caught within a punitive justice system, often before they are old enough to vote, drive, or be heard.  


September 5 - November 30

Jason Chin (American, born 1978) has written and illustrated award winning children’s books, including Redwoods, Grand Canyon, and Your Place in the Universe. His paintings in Watercress, alongside storytelling by Andrea Wang, garnered a 2022 Caldecott Medal. With a love for scientific wonders, he has illuminated the mysteries of coral reefs, redwood trees, the Galápagos Islands, gravity, and the elemental particles that make us who we are.


August 28 - November 22

Embark on a culinary adventure across 6 different continents—August 28 through November 22, 2025. Discover an array of Global Marketplaces—festival-exclusive kiosks serving delectable dishes and specialty sips inspired by countries and cultures around the world. Get lost in our Corn Maze, challenge gravity on the Jumping Pillow (socks required), and feel the rush on our Super Slide! But the excitement doesn't stop there – bring out the little knights and princesses to conquer our Castle Playground or hop aboard our charming Hay Rides. And of course, no visit is complete without a trip to our Pumpkin Patch, where autumn magic comes to life! At Great Scott Farms, we've got something for everyone, so gather your friends and family and let the adventure begin!


August 29 - November 8 2025, Select Nights

If you go down to the woods this spooky season you're in for a horrific surprise... Scream-A-Geddon in Dade City is spread across 20 acres in a remote corner of Pasco County. The scariest of horror parks, Scream-A-Geddon Horror Park offers five haunted houses including the new for 2025, Killgores Circus, a zombie paintball fight, plus monsters who can and will grab you!


September 5 - November 8, 2025, Select Dates

Orlando’s immersive vampire theatrical experience is back for a thrilling heart-pacing firth year at The Renaissance Theatre! Loosely inspired by Bram Stoker's Dracula and other classic vampire lore, Nosferatu is where the vampires roam. Enter a place where the rules of space and time do not exist; where a Choosing Ceremony decides the newest member of the Coven; and where the Undead roam looking for their next seduction.  Enter the Ren near downtown Orlando, then free roam through an unusual series of rooms where bloodthirsty performance artists lure you deeper into the story. When the bell tolls, gather with the other mortals for a swinging afterparty complete with drag performances, dancing and themed beverages. 18+


September 5 - November 8, 2025, Select Dates

VBar is part of Orlando's Adult Vampire Experience, Nosferatu at The Renaissance Theatre, Orlando’s immersive vampire theatrical experience. Free roam through an unusual series of rooms where bloodthirsty performance artists lure you deeper into the story. When the bell tolls, gather with the other mortals for VBar, a swinging afterparty complete with drag performances, dancing and themed beverages. 18+


August 16 - November 6, 2025

Celebrate spooky season with Minnie Mouse and her friends at this seasonal dining party. Minnie's Halloween Dine takes place daily at Hollywood & Vine within Hollywood Studios.Minnie's Halloween Dine features lunch and dinner, with both menus offering an array of salads and delicious chilled starters. In addition to lunch and dinner, beginning October 12, 2025, Minnie Mouse and her friends will also appear at breakfast for Minnie's Seasonal Dining.


August 19 - November 2, 2025

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, the Disney Springs bar and lounge is getting it's first Halloween overlay this year! Jock Lindsey’s Halloween Hangar Bar will open on August 19, food items will include a monstrous slider, eyeball-inspired snacks, and pigs in a blanket in a sarcophagus. Plus, expect spooky cocktails and more!


August 29 - November 2, Various Dates

Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights is the home of horror with the biggest names in the genre. Endure 10 haunted houses, scare zones and more. Find reprieve, if you can, with live entertainment and select rides and attractions. Brave The World’s Premier Halloween Event on select nights from Aug 29–Nov 2. This year's HHN features 10 sinsiter Haunted Houses including The Terrifier, Friday the 13th, and Fallout, plus don't miss this year' scare zones, live entertainment, themed food and more.


August 30 - November 2, Various Dates

SeaWorld’s Halloween Spooktacular is back with fun surprises, candy, costumes and more! Kids love trick-or-treating (with purchase of reusable bag) during this daytime event as they explore the decorated trail through Key West and around Dolphin Theater where they will meet colorful characters. and enjoy sweet surprises. This year be sure to check out all the immersive family Spooktacular Festivities, includng the Sesame Street Halloween Parade, Halloween Storytime with Big Bird, Halloween Cookie Decorating, Scarecrow Halloween Dance Party, Halloween Kids Crafts, and more.SeaWorld Spooktacular runs select days, Aug. 30 – Nov. 2, and is included with park admission.


September 5 - November 2, 2025, Select Nights

Busch Gardens Howl-O-Scream returns in full force, taking over the entire park with haunted houses, scare zones, sinister shows and more. This years after-hours event features more than 25 terrifying experiences including 2 NEW haunted houses, 3 NEW sinister scare zones, ghoulish shows and unrelenting park-wide horrors. This is Tampa Bay’s most frightening adult Halloween event.


September 15 to November 2

Visit the Hispanic Heritage Month Art Exhibition at the Terrace Gallery in City Hall, which displays artworks of local visual artists inspired by this year’s national theme: “Collective Heritage: Honoring the Past, Inspiring the Future.”

Orlando Shakes presents The Hound of the Baskervilles. Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson journey to the English countryside to investigate the mysterious case of the Baskerville family. One by one the male heirs are dropping dead. But why? And who—or what—is responsible? In this hilarious and madcap take on the most famous detective of all time, a trio of actors play a dozen roles in a production that is a master class in funny and perfect for the Halloween season.

The Haunting of River Ranch, located at Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo takes guests on new experiences and calls upon the spirits for a witching good time. The Curse of Kicco the Clown continues with a new twist this year, adding even more fright to the festivities. Brave the Haunted Stables before your ride begins and experience a haunted hayride that uncovers a bone-chilling tale never-before-heard at the ranch. Plus, explore scare zones, indulge in festive food and beverages, strike a pose at spooky photo ops, and dive into the Spooky Adventure Park for a Halloween adventure like no other!

Orlando’s most terrifying Halloween event is back and more bone-chilling than ever. Now in its 5th year, Howl-O-Scream at SeaWorld Orlando unleashes a new wave of screams with unexpected horrors lurking around every corner. This separately ticketed event is built for the brave, featuring spine-tingling scare zones, menacing haunted houses, and heart-pounding thrill rides in the dark.


September 19 - November 1, 2025, Every Thursday, Friday, & Saturday

This Halloween, as the sun sets and shadows stretch across the land, Clermont’s beloved Showcase of Citrus transforms into a realm of unrelenting terror. Climb aboard a towering 16-feet tall, 40-foot long Monster Trucks, manned by fearless Showcase Rangers, and plunge into an immersive, heart-pounding thrill ride into the very heart of a nightmare.


September 26 - November 1, 2025, Select Nights

The one of a kind outdoor haunted attraction, Sir Henry’s Haunted Trail is a not-to-be-missed horror theme park in Plant City. The attraction contains multiple haunted houses (aka haunted trails), escape games, laser tag, food vendors, a gift shop, axe throwing, and a common area that features an ornate centerpiece with wandering scare actors. Each event either features two or three open trails with a different theme or story for each session that the haunt is open. Plus, don't miss the haunted hayride!


August 15 - October 31, Various Dates

Take in spooky sights and Halloween delights at Magic Kingdom park—select nights from August 15 to October 31, 2025. New this year: Meet Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse together at Town Square Theater. Rediscover Storybook Circus—transformed into a happy haunt for families with younger children. And have monstrous fun at a dance party inspired by the film ZOMBIES 4: Dawn of the Vampires. Get your fill of Halloween sweets and snacks as you gather goodies from land to land. Plus, popular party experiences will return! Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade, Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, and more.

Celebrate Halloween at Disney Springs with festive fall décor, spooky entertainment, tasty treats, and shop Halloween essentials for the whole family.


September 25 - October 31, Every Friday

The New Universal After Dark Water Theme Park Event Volcano Bay Nights returns with shorter wait times, a beach party vibe, exclusive access and seasonal character meet and greets make Volcano Bay Nights the event you want to attend while at Universal Orlando. This is a separately ticketed event and is not included with daytime theme park admission.


September 25 - October 31, Select Dates

On select nights from Sept. 1 through Oct. 31, Pirates Dinner Adventure will host Vampirates, a Halloween-themed dinner show suitable for ghouls and goblins of all ages. You’ll witness daring stunts, dynamic duels and sensational swordplay, all while enjoying a three-course meal.


September 20 - October 31

Screamin' Green Hauntoween returns for spooky family fun! This event is CHALK-full of spooky happenings: a themed scavenger hunt, spook-tastic crafts, character photo ops, and more! Plus, every weekend enjoy trick-or-treat stations! There is so much to "BOO", you may never want to leave. ALL Included with general admission at Crayola Experience in The Florida Mall.


January 25 - October 27

INK! is a rotating exhibition of the Contemporary American Graphics Collection featuring limited edition lithographs, etchings, etc at Orlando Museum of Art.


May 10 - October 26

Before women’s soccer captured the world’s attention, the 17 athletes of the first U.S. Women’s National Team helped lay the foundation for the global success the sport enjoys today. Through striking portraits by acclaimed photographer and filmmaker Randy Bacon, The 85’ers captures the authenticity, strength, and tenacity of these groundbreaking athletes. This pocket exhibit also highlights the team’s meaningful connections to Central Florida. While the team’s popularity has grown nationwide, the athletes’ numerous ties to the local community make their achievements even more special for fans in the Orlando area.


September 6 - October 26, 2025, Saturdays & Sundays

At Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Kandy's Sweetacular Celebration takes place during regular park hours, and is included with park entry on Saturdays and Sundays from September 7 to November 3. Celebrate Halloween with trick-or-treating, costume parades and more during this family-friendly event.


January 24 - October 25, Friday and Saturday

Experience an unforgettable evening of wonder and amazement as "The Magic Show," presented by America’s Got Talent finalist Drew Thomas, takes center stage weekly at Grande Lakes Orlando, anchored by two iconic, luxury hotels: The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott.


September 25 - October 19, Select Dates

Winter Park Playhouse presents Forever Plaid. This hit Off-Broadway musical comedy pays homage to the close-harmony "guy groups" of the 1950s.  The Plaids, a quartet of high school chums, dreamt of becoming stars but never got the chance.


September 19 - October 12, Select Dates

Prepare for a dark journey at DeLand's Athen's Theatre through the sinister streets of Victorian London with Sweeney Todd. Follow the vengeful barber as he seeks justice, aided by the cunning Mrs. Lovett and her rather… unique meat-pie business. Stephen Sondheim’s masterpiece weaves a twisted tale of love, revenge, and morality, brought to life by hauntingly beautiful music. Equal parts chilling and captivating, Sweeney Todd will leave you spellbound—and maybe a bit wary of your next shave…

Orlando Family Stage presents a tail-wagging bilingual adventure full of color, music, and joyful celebration for all ages!

Take a trip back to Hawkins, Indiana: 1983… when times were simpler, hair was bigger, and unsupervised children were getting snatched by inter-dimensional creatures. STRANGER SINGS! THE PARODY MUSICAL is a hilarious ‘upside down’ take on the hit Netflix series - and all its campy 1980s glory. Join Mike, Eleven, Lucas, Dustin, and the whole Hawkins gang for a night of adventure, thrills, pubescent angst, heavy synth, poor parenting, convoluted love triangles, cheap effects, dancing monsters, and maybe, just maybe... justice for everyone’s favorite missing ginger, Barb Holland.


August 15 - September 30

Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining, presented by Orlando Health, celebrates its 20th anniversary with a record 160+ participating restaurants during this year’s program, running from Aug. 15 through Sept. 30. This milestone year includes 26 new additions and 15 MICHELIN Guide-recognized restaurants, each offering three-course, prix-fixe menus priced at $40 or $60, plus tax and gratuity.

Continuing its tradition of giving back, a portion of every meal sold will benefit the REED Charitable Foundation, a local nonprofit dedicated to early childhood development and literacy.


June 6 - September 28

The pool symbolizes luxury and leisure in America, and it has been captivating artists since the 1950s with bright sunlight, vibrant colors, and modernist architecture. The exhibition features artists who emerged in the mid-20th century, yet their themes of pool culture, class, and leisure remain strikingly contemporary. This is further emphasized by the younger generation of artists reclaiming the narrative of the pool in relationship to family, like Amy Bennett and Isca Greenfield-Sanders, and within more social, environmental, and civic contexts, such as Derrick Adams, Anastasia Samoylova, Jay Lynn Gomez. These themes, so relevant to our lives today, will engage and connect with visitors at Mennello Museum of American Art.

Experience the beauty, strength, and resilience of “For Colored Girls who have Considered Suicide / When the Rainbow is Enuf” on stage at Theater West End in Sanford. This groundbreaking choreopoem by Ntozake Shange weaves together poetry, movement, and music to tell the stories of Black women as they navigate love, loss, joy, and self-discovery. With raw honesty and breathtaking power, for colored girls celebrates sisterhood and survival in a world that challenges both. Join us for an evening of profound connection and unforgettable storytelling.

DC Super Heroes: Discover Your Superpowers is an interactive, action-packed exhibit at Orlando Science Center that lets you step into the world of Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and other legendary heroes. Do you have what it takes to save the day? 


February 1 - September 3

Leu Gardens invite you to experience an extraordinary exhibit like no other, connecting the world of nature and art. Origami is the Japanese word for  “folding paper,” making something out of nothing, taking a square piece of paper and folding it to create a beautiful object. ORIGAMI IN THE GARDEN takes the folded object and transforms it into colossal metal sculpture that evokes wonder and imagination. Over 20 pieces from the original folds to art pieces will sure to captivate all ages. Included with garden admission.


June 30 - September 2

For a limited time, SeaWorld is bringing the jawsome undersea world of Baby Shark to Orlando! To mark their 10-year milestone, Baby Shark and Pinkfong have set off on the ultimate adventure—meeting all the baby animals and visitors at SeaWorld Orlando! HIREPALOOZA at Orlando's Kia Center is Central Florida’s premier job fair and career resource, connecting local candidates with Central Florida’s top employers. Through informative career sessions, resume review, supportive resources from community partners, and outstanding local employers, this community hiring event is where talent meets opportunity. The job fair is 100% FREE to attend. All services offered are free. Even the parking is free!

The City of Orlando’s Downtown Development Board is excited to host a newly created market -Luminary Market. This monthly market, hosted the first Wednesday of each month, showcases between 20 to 25 unique vendors, featuring local favorites and curated goods, all designed to celebrate and support the growing Creative Village community of residents, students and workers. In addition to the shopping experience, visitors are encouraged to stay for KaleidoScope 360°, produced by Global Peace 360° and presented by the Orlando Downtown Development Board and Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center, an outdoor movie series hosted the same evening. This family-friendly film event will further establish Luminary Green Park as a cultural hub, bringing together community members to enjoy films under the stars.

Return to the jungle and step back into the lush, untamed world of The Jungle Book as this breathtaking production makes its triumphant return! The Marine Industry Association of Central Florida (MIACF) presents the Orlando Boat Show for a three-day event September 5-7,2025 at the Orange County Convention Center, South Hall A. The highly anticipated show features 20 of Central Florida's top boat dealers representing more than 80 manufacturers with approximately 400 boats on display.
