2. Pernil
This is an all-new offering to the Christmas food lineup and takes inspiration from SeaWorld Orlando's Executive Chef’s Puerto Rican roots.
Traditionally roasted mojo pork belly comes on a bed of rice with pigeon peas and is garnished with marinated onions.

3. Rosey Cheek
As the name suggests, this is one of Santa’s personal favorites! The Rosey Cheek is a specialty cheesecake infused with raspberry swirls and covered in white chocolate shavings.

This year, the flavors range from peppermint, gingersnap to marshmallow.
Be sure to purchase a refillable cup to try them all and come back for this Classic Christmas beverage. Adults can make their hot chocolate “jolly” with the addition of alcohol in the hot chocolate for an additional fee.
