Walt Disney World has been teasing the addition of the iconic Hatbox Ghost to The Haunted Mansion attraction at Magic Kingdom for what seems like an eternity...
And now finally, The Hatbox Ghost has set up residency in The Hunted Manson, with he iconic figure appearing to guests as they pass the Endless Hallway, welcoming himself inside from the swinging wake in the cemetery and grinning at the Doom Buggies as they set off deeper into the mansion.
As well as new Hatbox Ghost, the existing floating candelabra remains in the Endless Hallway!
The Hatbox Ghost is now the first specter that foolish mortals see on the ride. and appears before the narration that informs guests that happy haunts are “beginning to materialize.”
