As we begin a new year, Sprinkles are kicking off the New Year with something very different, yet delicious, and it's available today, January 1 through until January 8 only.
It's a Pop Tart cupcake!!
Indulge in the taste of everyone’s favorite all-day breakfast item, Pop Tarts.
Reimagined as a vanilla cake, lined with a pink sugar cookie crust, filled with strawberry jam, topped with strawberry frosting… then finished with drizzled vanilla buttercream, red sugar crystals, and a mini Pop Tart on top!
That’s quite the mouthful, and we promise you’ll love every bite.
When the Pop Tart Cupcake disappears on January 8, don't worry because Sprinkles has yet another delicious limited time creation for you.
And it's a beautifully indulgent cupcake, a S'more Cupcake! Available January 9 through until January 29.
This is a Graham cracker lined Belgian dark chocolate cake filled with bittersweet chocolate ganache and topped with toasted marshmallow frosting. Yum!

Baking until January 8, Sprinkles have partnered with Une Femme wines to bake up a sparkling rosė cake with a raspberry Chambord jam core, and cream cheese frosting marbled with raspberry Chambord jam, all topped with an Une Femme decoration.
While there is just a hint of alcohol in the Kir Royale cupcakes, Sprinkles recommend them just for adults.
Back to what's coming soon, and to celebrate the Lunar New Year, available from January 16 to 29, Sprinkles will launch a brand new Red Velvet cupcake in partnership with Gold House.
This Lunar New Year Gold House Almond Red Velvet cupcake starts with our iconic red velvet cake with slivered almonds, lined with a traditional Double Dragon almond cookie crust and topped with almond cream cheese frosting and a Gold House custom decoration.
