Walt Disney World has announced today, Friday, November 11, that they will continue to offer travel flexibility for guests impacted by Hurricane Nicole through November 17, 2022. Here’s what it says on the Walt Disney World website: Due to potential weather impacts to guest travel plans, change and cancellation fees imposed by Disney will be waived for check-in dates of Tuesday, 11/8 – Thursday, 11/17

The growing ice cream and waffles chain Dolly Llama will soon be opening its first Central Florida store right here in Central Florida, at 3279 Daniels Road in Winter Garden. The new store will be located at the Winter Garden Village, which features a wide selection of food and drink options including Bonefish Grill, UNO Pizzeria & Grill, Cracker Barrel, Longhouse Steakhouse, and Red Robin. The artisanal waffle and ice cream shop's new Winter Park store hopes to open in early December. Dolly Llama features made-to-order waffles, together with 16 flavors of ice cream, including four that are vegan, as well as nine sauces and 19 toppings. Among the most popular signature waffle cones is Dolly's Dream, topped with Ultimate Cookie Monster ice cream, fresh strawberries, brownies and Nutella. It's definitely a great news Friday as Universal Orlando have announced that their legendary Fall Garage Sale returns next week! The sale starts on November 15, and ends on November 18. Universal Orlando Annual Passholders get exclusive access to rummage through the cardboard boxes of goodies on November 15, form 7 am until 12 pm. before it opens to the public. We all love the gorgeous cakes at Amorette’s Patisserie at Disney Springs right? Now, have you’ve ever found yourself wishing you could decorate one of the gorgeous cakes inside the actual store?? Well if you have, your in luck! The fan-favorite Amorette’s Patisserie Cake Decorating Experience is returning next month. During this 90-minute hands-on experience, you will create your very own edible work of art in a small group setting. Learn from the talented Amorette’s Patisserie cast members as you decorate a classic Mickey Mouse Dome Cake. They’ll guide you through the decorating process from pouring glaçage to placing Mickey’s iconic ears, all while sharing tips and some behind-the-scenes stories about Amorette’s Patisserie. At the end of class, you and your fellow artists will have a beautiful character cake to take home, along with a special send-off from the team. A buyer at Walt Disney World must be kicking themselves this week, because the Mr Toad Popcorn Bucket is STILL AVAILABLE in Magic Kingdom despite having been advertised as a three day only limited offering! Someone definitely overestimated the demand on the poor Mr Toad! We already mentioned this a few days ago, but this is now a week later, and the bucket is still available, could we see it in the outlets soon? If you really still want a Mr Toad Popcorn Bucket then head on over to Magic Kingdom, log into mobile order and purchase one. The pick up locations changed the other day to Tomorrowland Terrace, but the pick up point is Pete's Silly Sideshow in Fantasyland yet again.

Just in time for the start of Universal Orlando's holiday celebrations, the Orlando theme park has an extra special ticket offer exclusively for Florida residents. When Florida residents purchase a two-park, one-day park-to-park ticket during the promotional period, you get a second day free. The extra day will give you lots of time to enjoy Universal's holiday celebrations, beginning November 12 you can enjoy Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s, the legendary Holiday Tribute Store, magical concerts by Mannheim Steamroller on select nights, the one and only Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular featuring the Grinch, The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle and more. The tickets, which start at $164, can only be purchased online now through December 14, 2022. Plus for an additional $25, FL residents can add a day at Volcano Bay. The tickets can be used on non-consecutive days through January 26, 2023, except on certain blockout dates, November 21 through 26, 2022, and December 22, 2022 through January 2, 2023. Proof of Florida residency is required to get the ticket deal.

Back in January this year it was revealed that chicken-finger-focused fast-food chain Raising Cane’s was coming to Central Florida, with at least 12 stores in the Orlando area and at least 25 locations across the state of Florida. Now the national fried chicken chain will soon be opening its first of those locations here in Orlando, with the store to be located at 11879 Narcoossee Rd, near Valencia College, Lake Nona Campus. Founded by CEO Todd Graves in 1996, Raising Cane’s first opened in Baton Rogue, Louisiana with a menu focused almost exclusively on chicken fingers, fries and coleslaw along with its signature “Cane’s Sauce.” Customers also have the option to order thick Texas toast, or have the chicken tenders between buns as a chicken tender sandwich. No opening date has been announced but with permits filed with the state, it hopefully shouldn't be long before the new store takes shape.

Over on the west coast, Disneyland Resort in California has today unveiled two brand new dolls in wheelchairs at the classic It's A Small World attraction, and according to CNN reporter Natasha Chen, the two new dolls will also appear at Walt Disney World's It's A Small World attraction in 2023. The CNN reporter posted the pictures and her belief that It's A Small World here in Magic Kingdom will soon receive the new dolls on her Twitter account. We think this is long overdue at the parks, and the new characters look amazing!

It's good news Friday, as Was Disney World has offered a sneak peek at a brand new Annual Passholder magnet that's coming soon. Two images released by Walt Disney World to passholders only offer a tiny sneek peek, but the magnet appears to feature Minnie Mouse, with one picture showing just a glimpse of Minnie’s ears and her classic red hat with a bright yellow flower. The new magnet will be shipped to Annual Passholders in the coming weeks.
