  • Holiday Entertainment Returning To Magic Kingdom This Christmas During Regular Park Hours

    It looks like great news for guests to Walt Disney World this holiday season as Christmas entertainment looks set to be making a magical return to Magic Kingdom during regular park hours during the Christmas week. This will be a welcome return to the park as all holiday entertainment was exclusively reserved for ticketed after-hours events in 2021. Although its not yet been officially announced by Walt Disney World, we can expect to see the return of Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Nighttime Show, A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas, Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration, and Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade performed during regular park hours throughout the busy Christmas week leading up to New Years Day. It has already been announced that Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime fireworks will appear high above the sky in the Magic kingdom during the Christmas week instead of Disney's Enchantment. Plus, Fantasy in the Sky fireworks will be performed on December 30 and 31 at 6:30pm and 11:50pm at the park. Its beginning to look like a lot like Christmas this year at Magic Kingdom!

  • U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds To Fly Over Disney World For National Veterans & Military Families Month

    It's been announced that the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will fly over Walt Disney World on October 27, 2022 as part of the National Veterans and Military Families Month. The six F-16 Fighting Falcons are expected to flyover Magic Kingdom at approximately 9:30am. The Thunderbirds will make two passes over the them park that culminates when they break off and accelerate, giving the appearance of fireworks over the castle. The U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron, the Thunderbirds, performs precision aerial maneuvers demonstrating the capabilities of Air Force high performance aircraft to people throughout the world. The Thunderbirds are assigned to the 57th Wing, and are based at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. Each November, the military community observes National Veterans and Military Families Month to celebrate how special military families are and recognize all the ways they support their service members The Thunderbirds were last at Walt Disney World back in October 2020, as part of a tribute video to honor fallen military heroes and to mark the arrival of National Veterans and Military Families Month in November.

From November 17 through 20, 2022, and November 26 & 27, 2022, ten master sculptors from throughout North America, Europe and Asia will return to Treasure Island for the 13th Annual Sanding Ovations Master's Cup Competition, where this year's theme is "Once Upon a Time". See what happens when the sculptors use their imaginations and turn sand and water into “outSANDing” works of art. Take a two hour road trip from Orlando to Treasure Island, the sand sculpture capital of Florida, and see the beautiful Treasure Island beach come to life. Watch in wonder at the master sculptures creating sand sculptures before you eyes, enjoy live music, food, a craft market, a children's area featuring sand-sculpting lessons, and best of all this amazing event is totally free.     Halloween is upon us and if you go down to the woods today your in for a horrific time if you dare to visit Scream-A-Geddon Horror Park in Dade City Florida. Spread across 20 acres in a remote corner of Pasco County, the scariest of horror parks has six haunted houses, a zombie paintball fight and monsters who can and will grab you. This year's haunted houses are Rage 3D; Bloodwater Bayou; Ravenhill Asylum; Blackpool Prison; Demon's Revenge and the Zombie Paintball Assault. Some houses offer an interactive option where guests over 18 can fully immerse themselves in the experience. Those who opt-in are at the mercy of the creatures they face, and can be grabbed, sent into hidden rooms or even be forced to stay.. The Zombie Paintball Assault is always a highlight, where you board the school bus with Zombies attacking you from all angles.   • Overnight Fireworks Testing At Disney's Hollywood Studios Sparks Speculation Why!

    Overnight fireworks testing began at Disney's Hollywood Studios over the weekend sparking speculation if it was Disney testing the pyro for the return of Fantastic! on November 3, or if it was a possible reintroduction of a fireworks show to the theme park. Walt Disney World informed guests staying at any of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels located in the EPCOT Resort Area that they should be aware that overnight fireworks and rehearsal activities are planned to take place at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The dates given were last night, Sunday, October 23, as well as Wednesday, October 27 and Thursday, October 28, from approximately 11 pm to 11:30 pm. Resort Guests were told they may hear loud noises during those times. Yes, perhaps the park is finally getting ready to reintroduce fireworks shows, but we think its more likely that the firework testing and rehearsals are for the return of Fantastic!

  • PIPELINE: The Surf Coaster Goes Vertical At SeaWorld Orlando

    PIPELINE The Surf Coaster currently under construction at SeaWorld Orlando has gone vertical! SeaWorld Orlando has today, October 24, shared the news on their official Instagram account. The new coaster has been under construction for several months on a location next to Bayside Stadium, now with construction going vertical we scan begin to see the ride taking shape over the coming months as we look forward to a spring 2023 launch. Pipeline is a first-of-its-kind surf coaster coming to SeaWorld here in Orlando in Spring 2023. Youll experience the rush of launching 110 feet up and sensing every bank and curve as though you’re really riding the waves, thanks to an inventive harness that keeps you secure while giving you unparalleled freedom of movement. When it opens early next year Pipeline: The Surf Coaster will reach top speeds of around 60 mph. Each rider will get the “rush of cutting through waves” as they race up to heights of 110 feet in the air along 2,950 feet of track. Pipeline will feature a unique surfboard ride vehicle will give riders an immersive experience when their seats rise and fall to mimic the sensation of riding on a wave. Riders will encounter the rush of hanging loose on a massive wave while in a standing position as the coaster sends them through several gnarly twists and turns with five airtime movements and an innovative 'wave curl' inversion and maximum speed of 60 MPH. With a projected 54" rider height, this first-of-its-kind coaster is ideal for thrill enthusiasts everywhere. The coaster is inspired by the different surfing cultures found around the world, including California and Australia, and the theme will be incorporated not only on the attraction but throughout the entire attraction area. "We are always looking for exciting ways to take thrills to a new level. This first-of-its-kind roller coaster will be the perfect addition to the already incredible lineup of attractions at SeaWorld Orlando,” said Kyle Miller, SeaWorld Orlando park president. “SeaWorld Orlando will be the only place in the world to ride a roller coaster like this and we welcome everyone looking for the chance to experience it.” Construction is well underway with the track now being installed within the park of what will be SeaWorld Orlando's seventh coaster. The surf coaster will feature riders in a standing position, and is being manufacturer by Swiss coaster firm B & M, who have built three other coasters at SeaWorld Orlando: Kraken, Mako and Manta. Back in June SeaWorld Orlando first showed pictures of Pipeline's track arriving at the theme park.

    We're just days away from White Castle opening its very first Crave & Go location right here in Central Florida that will be completely dedicated to take-out orders, and if you’ve visited the existing White Castle location in Orlando, you know how busy it is, and why White Castle are opening the new Crave & Go location next door.
