Right now at Walt Disney World, guests cannot use the water taxi service between Disney Springs and the resorts that the service connect to, including Port Orleans Resort Riverside, Port Orleans Resort French Quarter, Disney's Saratoga Springs Springs, and Disney's Old Key West.

The boats are suspended until further notice as the boats are not safe to run due to low water levels in Lake Buena Vista and the canals which connect Disney Springs and the nearby resorts

The water taxi service will not resume until the water level rises.

As an alternative, guests can either walk to Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, or take bus transportation to all affected resorts from the Town Center Bus Depot.
