The Food Factory Foodie Collective rockets into Oviedo with 7 micro restaurants and a cocktail bar!

A former rocket factory in Oviedo is getting a new lease of life thanks to The Food Factory Foodie Collective.

It's time to get excited Oviedo, The Food Factory Foodie Collective has finally opened the doors on its brand new uber cool foodie experience.

Its been a long five years since plans were first revealed, but now The Food Factory Foodie Collective located in a former rocket factory and secret distillery during the Industrial Revolution, has now been reimagined into a distillery-inspired craft cocktail bar for all ages surrounded by a collection of 7 world cuisine micro-restaurants.

The Food Factory Foodie Collective located at Oveido in the Park is now home to The 1 Cantina (Mexican), The Local Hen (American), and the Factory Bar.

Coming soon will be Kai Asian Street Fare (Asian, Vietnamese and Thai), Buttercrust Pizza (Italian), Kurried (Indian), and the Shawarma Kompany (Mediterranean).

The Food Factory Foodie Collective is NOT a food hall, it's a collection of restaurants with high caliber food made from each restaurant’s own full kitchen, partnered with The Factory Bar as the jewel in the center of the collective.

It will be a unique place to meet, eat, drink, play games, hang out with friends, family, and your dog!

Each of the Micro-Restaurants are owned by private individuals: chefs and experienced restaurateurs with an existing non-chain and non-franchise restaurant.
