Morimoto Asia’s Kakigōri Kool Cart is now open at Disney Springs

Cool off with a tasty treat from this new cart. They're serving up Japan’s beloved shaved ice dessert with fruity syrups and tasty toppings.

Exciting news as Morimoto Asia, Disney Springs’ beloved Pan-Asian destination by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, is once again expanding their offerings with the introduction of the Kakigōri Kool cart.

Located just outside the restaurant, this new stop is now open, and is the only shaved ice cart at Disney Springs. 

Hailed as a summer delicacy in Japan for thousands of years, kakigōri is a traditional dessert that blends thin shaved ice with fresh fruit syrups and unique toppings. Akin to the texture of fallen snow, this refreshing dessert is culturally served at festivals and fairs, convenience stores and street stalls across Japan.  

Disney Springs guests will have two distinct delicious options to choose from.

Treat yourself with the Signature, made with frozen vanilla custard, shaved ice, cherry syrup, pineapple syrup, blue raspberry syrup, condensed milk, and diced pineapple, or the Classic, a refreshing mix of shaved ice with grape, cherry and lemon syrups. Bottled Acqua Panna and Perrier sparkling are also available. 

Disney Springs, with its unique boutiques, world-class restaurants, and non-stop entertainment is a great place to visit, and with the introduction of the Kakigōri Kool cart, you now a great reason to visit soon!
