The Chocolate Chip Cookie is typically your only option, but you are gifted with choices for a few days!
It happens twice a day! 2 to 3 pm and 7 to 8 pm. Please plan accordingly on heavy virtual queue days! It can be a bit tricky to get in at a specific time.

Just like love, it is layered with complexity, offering a blend of the sweetness of sugars the romance of cherries, the emotion of six different chocolates, and intensity with a blend of spices!
The Velvety Chocolate Cookie is laced with special house-made Ancho, Cayenne, and Cinnamon Spice Mix, infused with a magical essence of cherry and topped with Chocolate Covered Cherries. It's a deep chocolate flavor followed by the tingling warmth of a first kiss and the sweet presence of cherries.

Another limited time cookie which was introduced by Gideon's as a bonus mid-February Cookie on February 13 was the The Eternal Flameless!
This is a cookie without the firey passion of a new relationship, like an enduring love that stands the test of time. The fire has been replaced with sweet comfort.
The Eternal Flameless is a Velvety Chocolate Cookie laced with special house-made Ancho (super mild) and Cinnamon Spice Mix, infused with a magical essence of cherry and topped with Chocolate Covered Cherries and White Chocolate Chips.
Unlike the monthly Eternal Flame Cookie, this one has lost the heat of Cayenne and gained some sweet with White Chocolate.
TLDR: Fine. Here's your no-heat Eternal Flame. Now leave me be.
Available at both locations daily while supplies last. Limit 2 per person.
Also, available until the end of the month, the Eternal Flame Cake is a 3-Layer Double Frosted Chocolate work of art!
One layer is a lovingly made Red Cherry Buttercream, and the outer layer brings the intensity with a Chocolate Fudge Buttercream mixed with a little bit of that Eternal Flame spice.
This beautiful cake features Cherry Roses that love so hard they bleed red ganache for you.
