Florida Horror Convention - Spookala returns in April with a star-studded lineup of special guests

Florida's Horror Convention - Spookala happens twice a year bringing to you amazing celebrities, vendors, & more!

Spookala is a twice-yearly horror convention featuring celebrity meet and greets, panel, photo-ops, artists, shopping, live entertainment, and more.

Spookala returns to the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa on April 5 - 7, 2024.

Celebrites include the first ever convention appearance of Puddles Pity Party, plus, Rory Culkin, Elvira, Matthew Lillard, David Arquette, Kathy Najimy and many many more!

Cast reunions include Strangers Things, Scream, Killer Klowns from Outer Space, and more.

Rory Culkin

Bringing to you a Ghostface from Scream 4, Rory Culkin! Rory is an actor known for his roles in Scream 4, Lords of Chaos, You Can Count on Me, Columbus, and M. Night Shyamalan’s Signs, Mean Creek, & more! He is the youngest brother of actors Macaulay and Kieran Culkin.

Nell Verlaque

Introducing to the convention market one of the newest Scream Queens, Nell Verlaque!

Nell is known for playing the star roll “Jessica Wright” in Eli Roth’s, “Thanksgiving”! Special photo ops will be up with Nell, Alex Armbruster, & Eli Roth.

Jay Weinberg

Voted “Metal Drummer of the Year” seven times over the last ten years as the percussive force behind heavy metal band Slipknot, Jay Weinberg makes his Spookala debut.

Sam Witwer

Sam Witwer is an Actor, voice actor and Audiobook-Narrator. He is known for his roles as Crashdown in Battlestar Galactica, Davis Bloome in Smallville, Aidan Waite in Being Human, Mr. Hyde in Once Upon a Time, Ben Lockwood in Supergirl, and Rupert Chipping in Riverdale.

Stranger Things

Jamie Campbell Bower (Henry Creel, 001, & Vecna), Grace Van Dien (Chrissy), Eduardo Franco (Argyle), & Raphael Luce (Young Henry Creel, Young 001) will all be in attendance!

Scream 6

Spookala brings to you cast of Scream 6 who have never been to a Florida convention! Melissa Barrera (Sam), Liana Liberato (Quinn), & Tony Revolori (Jason).

Eli Roth

Eli Roth is film director, screenwriter, producer, and actor. As a director and producer, he is most closely associated with the horror genre, namely splatter films, having directed the films Cabin Fever (2002), Hostel (2005), Hostel: Part II (2007), The Green Inferno (2013) and Thanksgiving (2023). He also expanded into other genres, directing the erotic thriller film Knock Knock (2015) and the action film Death Wish (2018).

Tony Revolori

Bringing to you a rare Ghostface appearance, we have Toni Revolori! He is best known for his collaborations with Wes Anderson starring in The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014), The French Dispatch (2021), and Asteroid City (2023) and for portraying Flash Thompson in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019), and Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021).

Cassandra Peterson

Cassandra actress best known for her portrayal of the horror hostess character Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. Peterson gained fame on Los Angeles television station KHJ-TV in her stage persona as Elvira, hosting Elvira’s Movie Macabre, a weekly B movie presentation.

Puddles Pity Party

Spookala is excited to announce we are hosting Puddles Pity Party’s first ever convention signing! Appearing Saturday only, Puddles Pity Party will be signing autographs, taking selfies, & participating in photo ops!

Killer Klowns from Outer Space

Spookala is bringing you a Killer Klowns from Outter Space Reunion! Grant Cramer who plays the role of Mike Tobacco, Suzanne Snyder who plays the role of Debbie Stone, John Allen Nelson who plays Dave Hensen, Harrod Blank who plays Klown “Rudy”, & Mike Martinez who plays Klown “Slim”.

Wayne Knight

Actor Wayne Knight achieved television immortality assaying the role of the frenetic mailman “Newman”, nemesis of the eponymous lead character in the classic TV series Seinfeld (1989). He also appeared in Jurassic Park (1993) as “Dennis Nedry.”

Matthew Lillard

You’ve flooded our comments asking for him to come back & we’ve made it happen! Bring to you Stu from Scream, Shaggy from Scooby Doo, Stevo from SLC Punk - the legend himself, Matthew Lillard!.

Kathy Najimy

Spookala is bringing Kathy Najimy to the April event! Kathy is known well for playing the role of Mary Sanderson in the movies Hocus Pocus & Hocus Pocus 2. She is also known for being the voice of Peggy Hill in King Of The Hill. Kathy has played roles in many other movies such as Sister Act, Rat Race, Wall-E, The Wedding Planner, & many more!

David Arquette

David is known well for his role as Dewey Riley in the Scream franchise. David has also played roles in movies/ TV shows such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Eight Legged Freaks, You Cannot Kill David Arquette, Friends & many more. In 2021 David purchased the rights to Bozo The Clown. David is also a former WCW World Heavyweight Champion.
