This weekend you have the opportunity to put yourself along the route of the U.S. Olympic Team Trials Marathon and help welcome athletes and spectators from across nation!

This weekend, Downtown Orlando will host America’s best male and female runners for the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Marathon on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at 10 am. The course runs through downtown Orlando and its surrounding neighborhoods, showcasing the heart of our community to the world.


Fans will be able to cheer on the Olympic hopefuls as many as three times from the same spot along several sections of the course, including Orange Avenue and the two-mile stretch of South Street and Anderson Street.


Please note that participants, volunteers, event staff, and spectators must pass through a security screening prior to entering the Spectator viewing zones. View prohibited items.

PARKING FOR THE EVENT:

PEDESTRIAN ACCESS:

All pedestrian crossings along the race course will be open until 9am


Beginning at 9 am, all pedestrian traffic will be limited to the dedicated pedestrian crossings listed below: 


South Street and Orange Avenue 

South Street and Rosalind Avenue 

Summerlin Avenue and Anderson Street 

Summerlin Avenue and South Street 

Mills Avenue and Anderson Street 

Mills Avenue and South Street 

Bumby Avenue and Anderson Street 

Bumby Avenue and South Street 

Bumby Avenue and Livingston Street 

Bumby Avenue and Robinson Avenue 


Robinson Street from Orange Avenue to Rosalind Avenue will reopen for pedestrian traffic at 10:30 a.m.  


After the race, pedestrian crossings are expected to reopen at approximately 2 p.m. once runners have cleared the area (unless otherwise noted above).

Seneff Arts Plaza

The city and its event partners have also established a website, and a dedicated email and hotline so that residents and businesses can access impacts specific to their location and contact the event producers and city directly with any questions as it relates to transportation plans for the event.
