2023 Educational Seminars announced for the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic

Enhance your culinary expertise at this year's Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic This year’s event, taking place on Friday, November 10, and Saturday, November 11, will feature a great lineup of interactive food and beverage seminars.

The much loved Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic will return for its 14th year this November, treating guests to a street party festival with unlimited food and beverage tastings at diverse food stations, featuring unlimited culinary selections from the hotel’s award-winning restaurants, and wine, beer and other sips from around the world.


The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic takes place this year on Friday, November 10 and Saturday, November 11, 2023, with tickets on sale now.


The latest news is that we now have the details for this year's educational seminars.


The educational sessions offer guests the opportunity to delve deeper into the world of wine, beer, spirits, or pasta-making, guided by the renowned food and beverage team of the resort. Led by experts, these hands-on seminars provide an immersive learning experience that will expand your knowledge and skills.


Exciting updates have been made to this year’s seminars. Craft Cocktails will be offered on both Friday and Saturday, allowing guests to discover the art of mixology. Plus, the Wine Blending seminar now includes a bottling component. Guests will have the unique opportunity to create their own custom Meritage blend and leave with a bottle of their creation to enjoy at home.


Don’t miss out on the chance to participate in these engaging and informative seminars at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic.


The 2023 seminar line-up includes:

  • Craft Cocktails – Friday and Saturday

  • Wine Blending – Friday and Saturday

  • Pasta Making – Friday

  • It’s Better to Wine in Italian (Italian Wines) – Friday

  • Base to Bubbles (Champagne) – Friday

  • Beer, Please! – Saturday


It’s Better to Wine in Italian and Beer, Please! seminar tickets are $75 per person, excluding tax.


Base to Bubbles, Wine Blending, and Craft Cocktails seminars are $85 per person, excluding tax. Pasta Making seminar tickets are $110 per person, excluding tax.


All seminars require separate tickets and space is limited.

Set outside among the scenic ambiance of the resort, the event features live music, over 20+ food stations, 100+ beverage selections and immersive themed areas, such as the beer garden and the bubble lounge.


Stroll the causeway where you will be tempted with a diverse selection of delectable delights prepared by the resorts award-winning chefs.


The talented chefs will be offering unrivaled cuisine to please every palate, and you can meet the star line-up of award-winning chefs including Todd English, a celebrity chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author.

Tickets to this special event are available now, and guests purchasing event tickets can also book a room at a special rate.


Tickets are on sale now for $185 per person. The price of the ticket include's ALL the food and beverages at the festival’s food booths, although seminars and additional tastings and events do cost an additional fee.
