ÔMO by Jônt in Winter Park, is home to Florida’s 2026 Michelin Sommelier winner, Juan Valencia, and with Omo’s June Wine series beginning right around the corner, this gives you the perfect opportunity to surround yourself with wine greatness.

On June 11, for one evening only, ÔMO by Jônt welcomes the legendary wines of Catena Zapata for an immersive dining experience celebrating modern gastronomy, rare vintages, and elevated hospitality.

This intimate multi-course dining experience will showcase ÔMO’s tasting menu paired with Catena Zapata’s most prestigious high-altitude wines hosted by Jorge LiLoy, Catena Zapata Brand Ambassador.

This event is priced at $395 per person and will include exclusive selections from their acclaimed Adrianna Vineyard. Ômo offers an intimate and exclusive experience for just 16 guests at a time. Their Chef’s Tasting Menu presents two distinct journeys: The Journey or The Jaunt. This preset experience features a curated progression of snacks, savory courses, and desserts. The experience begins at the chef’s counter, where you’ll delight in savory creations in an interactive setting overlooking the kitchen.

From there, you’ll move to the pastry parlor to enjoy artfully crafted sweet bites in a cozy, inviting lounge. Together, these moments create a seamless and immersive culinary adventure.

The Salon at Ômo
